The Ant Contractor

We want to redo a big chuck of the house, and Corliss worked with us to figure out a way to split up the work. He painted the main floor, stairway, and 2nd floor hallway and they did a great job. We will definitely be hiring The Ant Contractor again to do the remaining work of redoing the hardwood floors, tile, and stairway.

They brought my wife a dream kitchen. I feel that my wife likes cooking dinner in the past two months. This is the happiest thing for me, and it has met my satisfactory expectations. They are very serious about their work. A very professional team, the results are worth the price.t

Reasonable price, nice workers and boss. They tread the project as their home house. clean job site and pro equipments.

A couple of the stones in the walkway sunk. The guys came quickly and gave an estimate and then came as scheduled and fixed the problem and the front steps too which also had a problem.

We hired The Ant to do a fairly large project for us -- interlocked patio in our backyard, a walkway around our house, the driveway, replacing our porch steps and covering the porch with flagstone. Our experience from the moment we met their owner Ray last November to the completion of the project in May was superb and the execution was flawless.

Ray listened to our ideas, provided very valuable recommendations and paid attention to every little detail. The project was done on time and on budget and all our questions and concerns.

Not only are they true professionals in what they do but they are also very nice people to work with. So it feels like we made new friends together with getting beautiful landscaping around our house.

I contracted The Ant Renovation for my condo kitchen and bathroom renovation in April this year.

Right from the start, Ray was very responsive to my messages - he came on site three times before we officially signed the contract, first to check out the scope of the project in person before giving me a quote, and the other two times to come back and check out some more details before presenting me with the written contract. Ray demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness and integrity early on in my interaction with him.

Once renovation work started, Ray and his crew were very nice to work with. Besides being punctual, taking all the necessary measures to protect my furniture and possessions, as well as cleaning up each day before they left, the most impressive quality was that Ray was very easy to communicate with. He would listen to my concerns or any questions I had and would respond in a very timely fashion. And he never for once brushed aside or ignored my questions or concerns.

The end product was wonderful. I am really enjoying my new kitchen and bathroom. And I would highly recommend Ray and his crew to family or friends.

People are very nice and the service is good. Although not very cheap but the point is that the materials used are good.
