Tracy, the Annex

I contracted The Ant Renovation for my condo kitchen and bathroom renovation in April this year. Right from the start, Ray was very responsive to my messages - he came on site three times before we officially signed the contract, first to check out the scope of the project in person before giving me a quote, and the other two times to come back and check out some more details before presenting me with the written contract. Ray demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness and integrity early on in my interaction with him. Once renovation work started, Ray and his crew were very nice to work with. Besides being punctual, taking all the necessary measures to protect my furniture and possessions, as well as cleaning up each day before they left, the most impressive quality was that Ray was very easy to communicate with. He would listen to my concerns or any questions I had and would respond in a very timely fashion. And he never for once brushed aside or ignored my questions or concerns. The end product was wonderful. I am really enjoying my new kitchen and bathroom. And I would highly recommend Ray and his crew to family or friends.

I highly recommend Andy Aluminum. Recently I contracted Andy Aluminum to replace the eaves and gutters at the backside of my house. Having had some bad experiences with contractors, I was rather wary. Andy Aluminum impressed me with the get-go. Anthony gave me a very detailed written contract, explaining in detail the work that was required. Once they were contracted, they were good in keeping in touch to set the date. They were punctual on the day of work, and worked efficiently. They did a great job rerouting my eaves. After they finished, they cleaned up nicely. Anthony then wrapped it by showing me the old pieces that they removed and explained with the pieces they used and the differences. It was very educational for me as a homeowner which I really appreciate. I was very glad that I chose Andy Aluminum.

I found Safetech from Homestars. After reading the customer reviews, and having had a couple of other companies to come and give me quotes, I decided to go with Safetech. The technician was very good. The installation was a bit more complicated than initially thought. He came on two separate occasions and installed the system and made sure that the testing was done properly before leaving. So far I am very happy with their service. Their salesperson was accessible even on the weekend and my calls to the monitoring center were answered promptly. Now I feel safer with the system. I definitely would recommend Safetech to friends and family.

Lee was a referral by my contractor, and I couldn't be happier with Lee's work. I worked from home a few days while Lee was working and had the opportunity to watch him work. He was very relaxed and yet very methodical and detail oriented. He put the cabinets for the whole kitchen together in just four days. My house is a very old Victorian row house and there are posts in odd spots and Lee was able to work out wonderful solutions. Now I have a beautiful brand new kitchen. Lee was very professional to work with, and he showed up on time and cleaned up after he finished each day. I would absolutely recommend him to friends who are thinking of doing a kitchen renovation.
