The problem was not resolved by the replacement part which showed us we were misdiagnosed. It was a huge inconvenience to be without our fridge for so long. The tech did not seem to have adequate knowledge of the problem. They brought in another tech who was condescending to us. The fix took over two weeks and ended up being the exact part we asked about in the initial phone consultation. I would not recommend this company.

I was quoted that it would cost $430 to get this fix. Part required to get job done was available and I was able to get it fixed in one week.

After dealing with the owners of this company for more than a month, I can say with confidence and personal experience that they are very solid and trustworthy people. I would do business with them again anytime- They are polite, on-time, and people of their word. If they say they will call you- they call you. They are hard working, knowledgeable, and you will not be disappointed with them.
