I am writing a review about my experience working with Vas and his team for a recently completed kitchen and bathroom renovation. The only accurate word to describe the experience is .. "Fantastic". From the original meeting and budgeting/design to selection of finishes to incorporating changes, everything went seamlessly. I was continuously impressed with Vas and his team's knowledge, workmanship, and attention to detail. Vas was on site every day, easily reachable any time, answered all my questions and helped with the decisions along the way. The crew were there every day from 8AM to 5PM, kept the worksite clean and tidied up at the end of the day - all important things for a homeowner living/working there. There were no delays waiting for any of the sub-trades to be on site and the project finished on time as per the original contract. With respect to cost, there were no surprises or hidden costs, and any changes were fully discussed and agreed to. I think the thing I appreciated the most is that I felt Vas was as invested in the project as I was and really wanted it to look good and function well and for me to be happy with the result. And I am! Thanks again Vas for making my old 1988 kitchen/bathroom into beautiful rooms that I will use and appreciate for years to come and, just as important, increasing the resale value of my home.

Vas renovated our whole first floor in summer 2023 and we could be happier. The quality of the work is outstanding and Vas and his crew were great to work with. Vas also did all of the project management and made sure all the right trades were there at the right time. Very well planned! We would definitely work with him again.

Vasile and his team at Select Urban GC are top notch and I highly recommend working with them. Vasile is an excellent project manager, responsive communicator, intelligent problem solver, and highly skilled craftsman who rolls up his sleeves on site as needed. His staff and subs are reliable, courteous, skilled, and careful while the job sites are clean, organized, and well protected. I am on my 3rd project teaming up with Vasile and Select Urban GC and am excited to continue building beautiful spaces together. Vas & team recently did our kitchen renovation and I have to admit nobody could have done it better than him given the tight budget we had. He along with his team is extremely professional, meticulous and flawless in terms of execution. He was able to complete the project well within the stipulated time and budget.
