The waste outlet from my home to the street main sewer line needed attention to properly drain. This project required and an auger to investigate and remove any roots. The result was finding a blockage on the the city side of our property line and learning that the city is responsible for any repairs.

My wife and I are seniors and whenever we need furnace repairs we rely on Official to take care of us. Their service coordinator was very sympathetic to our needs. Andrew came to our rescue with a professional attitude and skills to match. He's also a very funny guy and had us laughing out loud first thing in the morning. He found the problem immediately and charged us a fair price for the repairs. 5 Stars All Day!

My fireplace was in rough shape and they also found that there was a gas leak in one of the valves. You guys were professional, punctual, showed me everything that was wrong and went over the costs. Much appreciated! I will be recommending you to friends and family for sure! You don't know how excited I am everyday to be able to turn that fireplace on! PS the animal say hi! Woke up to no heat. Called Official and they had Andrew come out that afternoon. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He explained the problem, recommended a solution and fixed the furnace in about an hour.
