Mom and daughter team. Polite and kind. They came for a cleaning then had to cancel the next scheduled cleaning due to another appointment. My bi-weekly turned into every three weeks because of rescheduling. Then they didn't show up one day because they "forgot." It's my understanding a business should confirm appointments with clients and not the other way around to ensure scheduled appointments stay on track. I am not working with them anymore as they prove to be UNRELIABLE.
