Technician Frank came promptly to install a new doorbell and thermostat. Hos services was very satisfactory and got the project done without any issues.

We changed our old water heater and furnace, which were with another company on rental basis.

We contacted Provincial Smart Home Services to get new Tank-less Water Heater, High-Efficiency Furnace, HEPA Air Filtration System and Attic Insulation.

Provincial Smart Home Services not only installed all the items professionally, but the brands and equipment used are of high quality/ premium grade. They gave 10 years warranty on all of the equipment as well as full service/ maintenance is included for 10 years as well in the plan at no extra charge.

Their customer service team is very responsive, understanding and cooperative. There's a human element/ touch while corresponding with their support and communication is smooth and straight forward. All of their support personnel are very professional, knowledgeable and great, and especially Shae is simply awesome.

We can't be happier choosing Provincial Smart Home Services and would highly recommend them.

I was with Reliance for the last 5 years. I had my water heater & furnance on rental plus the electrical and plumbing protection plan with them. I wasn't really happy with the customer service and some bad experiences with their technicians. I also wasn't happy with their billing because every now and then they used to increase the charges.

So I finally decided to look around and found Provincial Smart Home Services through social media. I filled out a short questionnaire and was surprised to receive their call almost immediately after I submitted the form.

The first interection with their customer rep was very pleasant and she walked me over with some of their services and booked an appointment for the very next day.

Their sales rep showed up on time and he explained me the pros and cons professionally to replace my existing traditional water heater with a tankless and a new 96% high-efficiency furnance. He assisted me to make an informed decision and I signed up with them to replace my existing water heater and furnance. In addition he offered me the attic insulation and HEPA Air filtration system. All with 10 years of warranty and service included. They also included my own AC to be covered in the service and protection plan.

The installation was done in the next two days by 2 professional technicians, who kept me involved in deciding the placement of new equipments. They took my old appliances (as part of the buyout process) with them and left the area cleaned after installation.

Part of their offer further included 3 outdoor Google NEST wireless cameras, a Google NEST doorbell (with installation) plus an energy saving kit including kitchen faucet, shower heads and LED bulbs. All for FREE !

The entire process was very smooth and at first it seemed too good to be true and I cannot believe that there are companies like Provincial Smart Home Services out there which really are customer oriented and think about customer benefit rather corporate.

I perticularly was impressed by a gentlemen named Khalid who was in-charge of their installation team. He was prompt in calling and explaining me to eliminate any doubts/ concerns and ensured that I'm satisfied prior anything commenced.

Also, I would like to thank Ms. Shae for her active engagement with me for completing the buyout process of my old appliances from Reliance. She's the best.

All in all, I'm greatly happy to choose Provincial Smart Home Services for providing me with their great service and support and I would highly recommend them.

Shae is truly professional in customer service, she is very responsive and resolved my concerns very quickly.

Having issue with gift cards, she resolves in a couple days.

Rebate was not the same as home audit, Shae handled internally and paid me the difference. And again the rebate cheque is different than the technician filled the form. Here Shae again, working internally with her organization and I receive an other difference. Thank you Shae for your diligence and excellent work ethnic. I hope I dont have any more issue/concern, but I would love that you would handle it.

The service was amazing provided by Shae! Very trusted and responsive along with professionalism. Booked an appointment afterwards the attic got insulated a few days after. The team applied for the rebate for me after the house inspection. Complete smoothness process :) Highly recommend asking for Shae :)

I have Paid, Installed and done all required survey as per Company requirement as of March 2022 but i still didn't get my rebate ( $ 2050) yet.
I sent multiple emails and call to customer service but no response from them.
this is really poor service. I won't recommend to anyone.

I had work done by this company. I wrote review then Shae contacted me and necessary items were fixed then last week I contacted again about the softener tanks sweating and made a lot of mess in the basement. Thermostat as well. When you put 24 it goes to 19 18 in different time of day night. House gets very cold.
Sweating of the softener wet the floor covering mats several pieces.
I reported this.
A technician came last Tuesday shut the softener and never returned or customer service called. It'd been 1 week now.

When they installed they said we would get a rebate cfrom the government. It is more than 8 months now and nothing received as yet.

Also their customer service is very poor.

I used their services for a complete HVAC overhaul - replaced my AC, furnace, water purifier, air purifier. They covered the buyout for the water heater as well. There was a utilities subsidy when I went through the process which offset part of the cost.

Only issue I found was their service department was hard to reach and their turnaround for the buyout was much longer than expected. I was billed a few more times for my original water heater rental, but it will be reimbursed. Their service pipeline apparently is going through a change, and I hope it improves soon.

Overall, they did a good job on the installation, and the set up process (forms, billing, buyout procedure) was fairly painless.
