Really very very bad customer service. Before purchasing the product they will be our back and once sold they dont even care of the clients. They promise to give bill credits and they dont keep their word. Mainly Khadija who is billing department manager, call you when left a bad review to negotiate and remove the comment. But then after there will be no response or reply, need to call them everyday and they keep on saying the same answer as we will make a note and forward to billing department about your issue and no one will call you. My issue is been addressing from 6-7 months and there is no resolution yet.

I definitely never ever refer these guys for anyone. And get worst experience like me.

This company was supposed to replace the water heater with a tankless plus several other systems installed. They didn't cancel Relience and pay offany other costs involved. They did not and now Relience is coming after me. I have since found out that Provincial Smart Home has done this to a lot of clients. They also fixed a leaking humidifier by completely disconnecting the water. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company

Do not trust this loan company for any HVAC or utilities needs. Stay away. They will promise everything without stating the truth. Watch out. If it's too good to be true, it's usually bad for you!

most pathetic service ,never trust them for anything they say on phone.
they will promise heaven but don't belive.my experience with them 100 of phone calls and e mails still no clear response.

Tankless water heater and insulation in January/23. have made many phone calls since [about 20-25] with promises of a return call The return call has never happened. From our last call the are using a call center. Has anyone visited their office?
