March 13, 2023, contacted by sales rep in reply to an "energy rebate" program form I filled out during their ad campaign prior.

Same day Sales rep arrives and assures me I qualify for rebates. He sets me up with what looks like a good deal for an endless hot water tank, Hepa filter, security doorbell+cameras and thermostat. All with 10 year's of total home repair of equipment and furnace/AC.
I ask many questions and most importantly that they only use Certified Licenced Installers. I was assured with a convincing yes.

Will try to keep it simple now.
March 14, 2023 Installers come in an unmarked van (red flag #1) The main Installer is on his phone with someone throughout the majority of the install of hot water tank as if getting instructions on " how to" (red flag #2). He blows up my fuse panel sending large sparks across the room onto the carpeted floor while trying to put in a new breaker.
He has the hot and cold water pipes on backwards. He places the air intake and exhaust pipes way too close together and my house is without power for 48 hours (could have been a week) while its -15C at night.

The installer tried to cover his tracks on the panel by sanding the burn marks (I have the photo's). The "big boss" showed up and was at my house till after midnight and nobody offered us warm/safe accommodations till the power was restored.

With all of this and more, the company is UNDER INVESTIGATION by the Electrical Safety Authority as part of replacing my only 1 1/2 year old fuse panel.
They STILL have NOT issued any of my REBATES/CREDITS!!!!! Was to be within 20 day's and is now August!

I CANNOT STRESS HOW MUCH I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE AND CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
