Dishonestly at it's Prime

They are suppose to buy out my existing water heater. I've been calling them for the last 4 weeks. They keep saying they call back and they never do. They say they'll email me. They never do. They won't even schedule the inspector. I'll recommend not using this company. Their customer support is near nil and just says I take a message and have someone call you. No one has ever called me back.
