We paid $5,000 for a service that included installing a wireless doorbell, which was valued at only $150. The doorbell hasnt worked since day one, but we initially let it slide. However, the AC is a different story. In this hot and humid weather, especially with a sick child and a senior at home, it's unbearable to be without a functioning cooling system. We have been calling your company almost daily for the past 10 days, desperately seeking assistance. Despite being promised that someone would come to check the AC, no one has shown up.
