The technician who arrived was very courteous and professional. They promptly diagnosed the problem with my dryer (pulley and a support wheel) and the service call (including repair) was completed in under 30 minutes. Would recommend for any appliance repairs.

Rony was very prompt in replying to my request for service (within an hour), and arrived later that morning! He diagnosed both issues quickly, ordered parts, and explained everything clearly. 5 days later, he called to set up the repair appointment - parts in hand. He arrived promptly, completed both tasks - the fridge was quite extensive - and left within 2 hours. Both visits, parts, labour and taxes was around $800. I appreciated that he was an 'honest guy', problem solved and communicated effectively, stuck to his word, got everything completed in good time. I highly recommend Rony!
