I had never heard of Rodney's until they reached out to me through a Homestars quote request I submitted. I'm amazed how proactive they were WITHOUT being pushy, how detail oriented they are, and simply, how kind and professional and accommodating they are. I got a 5 x 8 area rug cleaned, and it came out looking new, and all done very quickly. I am not someone who is always easily pleased, and I appreciate care and attention.
