When I saw a Bath Fitter ad on TV about installing a bathtub liner, I decided to call and book an appointment. From start to finish, the service was totally professional. Now my 20+-year-old tub looks brand new, thanks to Bath Fitter's expertise.

The experience was excellent. The sales rep. (Graeme) was punctual, polite and followed Covid protocol. No hassle and knew his products. Installation scheduling was easy and completed in a day. Marco, installer, also followed Covid protocol, was on time, worked efficiently, carefully and we now have a beautiful bathtub, slip resistant with grab bars and could not be happier with the workmanship.

I had gone on the Bath Fitter website and looked around. I asked for a free consultation. Before the end of the day, I had a call from Holly. We scheduled an appt for the following week. She was very forthcoming about COVID protocols, letting me know that the salesperson coming into my home was fully vaccinated and would be wearing a mask.
The appointment went very well. Graeme was punctual, explained everything very well, took several measurements and then gave us the price breakdown. My husband and I had plenty of time to look it over and make a decision. After some manufacturing delays (because everything gets delayed during a pandemic), we got our new beautiful tub only little more than a month after our initial appt. Marco the installer was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure everything was just right. We also had a follow-up call from Holly to make sure we were satisfied and check if everything was as we expected. All in all, we highly recommend Bath Fitter North York.

We were looking to a solution for a shower update and were not convinced that a total update was needed. We had seen the commercials many times over the years and did our research. The website was very detailed, and the products and services offered were what we were looking for. We reached out for a consultation and received a response right away and had someone come over to discuss options.
From the minute that the Representative entered our home we were impressed with how detailed he was and listened to what we were asking for and walked us through a very detailed quote and explained everything.
Comfortable, we booked a service and the Installer was amazing, he was professional, he kept us informed every step of the way and just like the Representative, listened to what our needs were and walked us through everything.
The finished product exceeds our expectations, and we are so happy with the quality of the product as well as the extra care the Installer took.

As Bath Fitter claims, 2 days, no mess, little disruption to our day to day.
