We were looking to a solution for a shower update and were not convinced that a total update was needed. We had seen the commercials many times over the years and did our research. The website was very detailed, and the products and services offered were what we were looking for. We reached out for a consultation and received a response right away and had someone come over to discuss options. From the minute that the Representative entered our home we were impressed with how detailed he was and listened to what we were asking for and walked us through a very detailed quote and explained everything. Comfortable, we booked a service and the Installer was amazing, he was professional, he kept us informed every step of the way and just like the Representative, listened to what our needs were and walked us through everything. The finished product exceeds our expectations, and we are so happy with the quality of the product as well as the extra care the Installer took. As Bath Fitter claims, 2 days, no mess, little disruption to our day to day. We would like to thank Holly, Grahame, and Grant for an amazing experience from start to finish.
