Service for New Heating Furnace Under Warranty

Purchased heating furnace October 8, 2021 from Constant Home Comfort. We are now
having problems with the furnace after less than 3 months, and after paying almost $3,000. The furnace is still under warranty. I placed several calls to Constant to request service. The service agent repeatedly stated that someone will get back to us, within four hrs, blah blah blah. I waited over 3 hours for a call back. I finally placed another call that night. Rec’d call back from someone who identified herself, as “Tina” who could barely speak English. She stated that she was a service dispatcher and that the installer would get back to me the following day before 12 noon. They ignore customers, and to this date, I am still waiting for a technician to get back to us. Don't expect Constant to honour the product warranty and repair your problem, or retur calls, in a timely way. Terrible service. I find it hard to believe some of these favorable reviews, based on our experience.

Home Lenox central Air-con/Furnace new installation

I called and Sale rep came in 1 hour and review the unit required and recommended the correct size and model.
I was surprised they came installed on the next day.
Removed all my old systems and cleaned up.
Removed all old duct work, rewired and redo ducts work.
They laid the floor sheet to protect my floor and stairs.
Two technicians working none stop until the unit installed completed.
They are very polite and make sure all devices tested before the leave.
I would recommended to anyone who needed new furnace.
Compared to others companies I called, Homedepot, Costco.
for Costco no one call back, for Homedepot sale rep came few days later and gave me a price quotes.
Cost much more and He said I have to wait one week to order and one week for technicians to come to install.
They have two free years service labor with the system also offered 10 years labor for $600.

Approximate cost of services:
$8,700.00

Would Not Reccomend

The crew arrived 20 min late without calling to let me know that they will be late.
Other than the main vacuum in the van, which looks okay and the diameter of the flexible corrugated tube that takes out the dust, everything else appeared in-professional.
The crew did not bring:
- blankets to protect the stairs and the floor in the house when they brought the heavy corrugated tube inside the house. Had to provide my own to avoid damage.
- magnetic lids to cover the vents that are not being cleaned, so that when they blow compressed air in the vent that is being cleaned, dust does not go out of the rest of the vents.
- disinfectant - although that was included as part of the offer
The person who worked on cleaning the vents did a diligent work around the registers, using a hand held vacuum, that appeared to make more noise than cleaning.
The pressure of the compressed air that they used to send the dust from the registers to the van vacuum was very low, not sure if it did anything at all. Perhaps because they appeared to be careful not to have the dust going out from the supply/return connections (which they did not cover).
They tried to count the supply/return connections as "extra vents that count for two each because of their size", although the offer clearly states that two supply/return connections are included.
They did not offer camera inspection at the end, when i requested it, i was given a small hand-held (the size of a iphone 8) screen and 4-5 mm camera with a short connecting cable, which is not very useful. Checked only one register and there were traces of fibers/threads that were visible right below the vent. Did not go to other vents, since disputing with them appeared futile, both used a limited amount of English.

Perhaps the crew is poorly trained, or given the tools they were provided, this is the work that they can do.

Comparing this company's duct cleaning to previous companies work, makes no other option than to not recommend it.
