After closing the pool in the Fall, we called John back to ask questions about the process that he used, due to damage that had occurred to the pool over the winter. His response was "The pool was closed professionally and that is all you need to know" I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a professional service which makes me conclude that he is not a professional.

Please consider this a warning to others NOT to use this service, as the owner John is rude, disrespectful and does not care about his customers. Now we are left paying the bill for the damage that was done to our pool over the winter. I really wish that we had never trusted him.
