The office staff are very helpful ,knowledgeable ,polite, alway returned phone calls promptly ,the men that installed heat pump were very professionally. WE would highly recommend this company.

My expeerience was to say not so nice. I ask the seller twice if payments for the hotwater tank would go through OntarioHydro and was said that it would. After tank was instaled I was informed that was not the case. I bought out the rental for the over priced tank.

I will go back to them, it was one of the best experiences i have had with a contractor. They arrived when they said, they cleaned as they worked, took away the packaging and completed on schedule.
