I dont have enough words to express how wonderful and efficient Consumers Direct is. From beginning to end David and his team were nothing but professional, patient answering all my questions and the only company that was able to meet all my needs for specialized doors and windows that I required. The day of installation was absolutely perfect. The installers were professional, organized, knowledgeable, efficient and worked well as a team. The masonry team were phenomenal. They had to cut a bigger opening for the triple sliding doors I ordered and the brick work they had to replace and ensure it matched existing brick I already had was nothing short of absolute perfection.
I required taller than average windows and some over sized as well and only Davids company was able to fulfill my request. Every other company (there were 4 other quotes) were not able to meet my requests for anything I requested out of the ordinary except for Consumers Direct.
Overall, I would highly recommend David and his team. If you are looking for good quality windows, expert installers, professional staff, flawless workmanship, excellent customer service and a company that truly stands by their commitment and product then there is only 1 choice to make and that is Consumers Direct.
