I had gotten a few quotes, but was really happy with the way Mike handled our questions, concerns and helped guide us on how the greener homes program worked. He advised us of how we could best take advantage of the program as well what options were available. He took time to check on how the installation was going on the install day. Above all of that made us feel comfortable going with direct windows and doors, we never felt any pressure to buy from him, but wanted us to know what would be best for our home.
The installation team was great and did a fantastic job of installing the new windows and doors, bought to our attention any concerns they may of had and addressed them in the best possible way. Which is what you want when dealing with a house that is over 100yrs old. The windows look amazing from the inside and outside. No more drafts, and much better heating and cooling. The windows they replaced were installed between 10-5yrs ago but they were cheap windows and you can really tell the difference. The doors look amazing and not only do they update the look of the house but they allow so much natural light into the house now.
