Sunita is amazing! There are no words to describe how involved she is with her projects. Always willing to help. Sunita did a lot of late night visits to my house. Weekends and holidays without even charging us more. Without a doubt she took control of this project and revamped my kitchen, fireplace and flooring. She selected paint and decor for my house. She gave advice on painting the doors, pointed out where the contractor didn't do a good job (stairs) floor and other areas. She selected the lighting as well. I have an abundance of compliments every single time people come in my house. She made the contractor stick to his scope of work when he tried to cut corners. The contractor was not her hire. She helped point out where he cut corners and where things needed improvement. Looked out for me as her client. I worked with Sunita for the first time, she's remarkable. Has a great attitude, knows what's trendy, helped me save money and time.
Gave me all her vendor discounts so I could save even more. She makes her customers feel like their money matters. She doesn't do much of the buying and when she does she gives me the receipts. She's honest. She project managed a very disrespectful contractor that I hired and she got the job done!!
No matter what she knows how to decorate. After service one thing that I love about her. I can call her she takes my calls jumps in and provides direction. It's never about money with her. She pays attention to detail. Sunita provides 3D rendering of your space. It takes time to perfect but once she gives you the vision, you're sold! Her kitchen guy Prasanth is outstanding! He takes the time to show you what you're getting and how the kitchen layout will be. She showed me the material. She gave me a shopping list and away we went. Sunita makes it clear she does not measure cabinets and closets she leaves that for the cabinet makers. I appreciate this. She isn't supposed to measure these and I rather my kitchen and fireplace be measured by a cabinet professional. I'm choosing to be specific to her qualifications because she is a great interior decorator and designs spaces that are beautiful, trendy and affordable. She has a great eye for keeping the customer informed and on budget. Reading her reviews I would highly recommend her without question. It's been over a year and I'm still working with Sunita. Her current contractor is now completing my basement and deck. I'm so happy! Thank you Sunita... wish I could have been as happy with the previous contractor to say the least!

Sunita was hired as a designer on a complete condo reno. Her contract stated that she would measure, design, source products and project manage- working closely with the contractor. Sunita helped design the kitchen and provided some good decorating advice for the condo. However, Sunita did not deliver on the majority of the contract. She depended on others to measure spaces; was slow to design spaces - requiring a lot of direction; and provided limited product sourcing. After the second instalment was paid, all project management was left to us. At this point, Sunita no longer added any value to our project - and we cut ties. Sunita's a charming person and has good decorating advice. I would suggest projects should be limited to this area.

Very reliable company. Designer knows her work and is on top of the team. Transformed my home within budget and increased the Value for resale. Very professional and easy to work with.

Recently had our backyard renovated. New deck and pergola designed and implemented. Gary is an honest contractor and shows up everyday on time, his work is neat and he is very kind. I had no issues at all with this company. We are extremely happy. Sunita is creative and does an outstanding job on the designs. They are honest and worth the investment, not like other contractors we met along the way. We will work with them again. Highly recommend.

Where to start, Sunita and Gary did a wonderful job on our basement! Hands down, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We had several quotes but Sunita made us feel very comfortable. She provided us with a detailed scope and they project managed our job with care and constant communication. We were pleasantly surprised that they stayed on budget and within the time line, we had a tight deadline. Yes, there were material delays, but they worked around it. They found so many issues and we were still able to stay within budget. They are very clean neat contractors. Don't always go for the lowest quote, work with this company. THEY ARE HONEST! They have their own kitchen manufacturing company, you save so much money with them!! We sourced a lot of companies but kept coming back to them. Very honest and pleasant. Gary, he is remarkable!! He is now working on our deck and landscaping. We are going to use them to finish our attic int he fall.
We had major issues with another contractor, it was a nightmare, we were skeptical. Seeing everything in writing, the clear communication and way these two run their business is exceptional.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would give them a reference anytime!

Sunita is an outstanding honest person. She doesn’t cut corners and has an eye for this business. Every contractor she sent my way has gone above and beyond. I’m super happy with the process and her patience to the after service. She answered my call and was able to work within my budget. She did her best to set me straight even when I wanted to do my own thing. She brings with her an abundance of knowledge and patience! This role she plays is not easy but she does a detailed scope of work, answers my calls at anytime with a good attitude. Sunita did the decor for my rental property.
