Yeomanry Construction was invited to provide an estimate to rermove and replace an existing sunroom and patio deck with a new functional layout located above my garage. Following demolition, the existing garage ceiling joists were reinforced by adding multiple joists to improve personal safety and to support the weight of the sunroom and patio deck construction. The sunroom trusses was designed and assembled by Yeomanry Construction on site to match the existing pitch of the main roof of my home. When the framing of the sunroom and the patio deck was completed, additional support bracing was installed below in the garage. Yeomanry Construction made efforts in selecting quality hand picked matierials sold at cost suchh as 2x4's and installed without delay at the best price. Yeomanry Construction paid closse attention to details and workmanship. Daily communication, updates and spreadsheet invoice reports took place on a regular basis. The budget proposal along with the change orders was reasonable during the project.
