I was satisfied with their service

I called for their service to come and fix our washing machine. The appliance repair crew came and resettled the machine and the problem was fixed but they spent 30 minutes to ensure that the machine was going to work, ran a load, and once I was satisfied when they left. They were so kind that took a nominal amount as their fee, where do you find trade workers like that anymore?
