Irish Steve's Eavestrough

Highly organized and efficient. Our old gutters were 35 years old and badly in need of replacement. We are confident these will last longer, as the workmanship is far superior. Steve added a diverter which allows for the collection of rain water. Our garden will love it! A true professional who takes pride in his work - even the clean-up.

Steve provided excellent quality service. I had some unique eavestrough drainage work that needed to be done and Steve came up with a plan that looks clean and should be a solid solution for years to come. Irish Steve's installed new eavestroughs, making a change we requested for better water drainage. They showed up on the day we expected, on time, did a great job and cleaned up. They even gave our neighbour a free piece of eavestrough to help her out with a minor issue.

We have an older home (70 years old) and he handled all the surprises and quirks with aplomb. We had new gutters and fascia installed on our home and garage, and have no complaints at all about the results.

We are finally getting smart (in our senior years) and looked for a company and owners who take pride in their work. We found this with Irish Steve’s Eaves. Both of the folks who came out to work on our home showed such pride and integrity in everything they did, from first contact and estimate, to the work itself, to the follow-up conversations. I agree with other reviewers that this is what it should be like to deal with all companies, but unfortunately that is not the case. While the eaves may not seem to be the cheapest out there (we got the double pro), in the long run you will not be replacing them (and cursing the leaks), so when you do a cost analysis this may actually be the cheaper alternative. We lived with poorly installed eaves for years and I am so very happy to have finally made a smart choice. We are actually showing off our new Eaves to our neighbors (a number of them have asked who we used).

Steve and Lee were amazing to deal with and I have no reservation in recommending them. There were a couple of extra issues with our home and they took it all in stride and added a couple of extra needed items at no charge – not something that one finds often nowadays. One additional note is that we had this work done in the winter – I was unsure that this was a good idea, but they work all year long and the first snow melting is draining just fine. I stood outside to listen to the water moving through the eaves properly as this is a sound I have not heard in a long long time!! Thanks Steve and Lee for a fabulous job!!

I cannot say enough about the experience with Irish Steve’s Eavestroughing. Steve is a true craftsman who is extremely proud of his work and it shows! From our first contact through to completion of the job, everything about our interactions and the work was extremely professional and friendly.
Understand that it may take time to get your work done. That’s not a bad thing, it means that Steve is busy. But rest assured, he will get to your job and it will be worth the wait. Pricing is competitive. Not the cheapest but very reasonable and you get what you pay for. Quality product, exceptional work and no surprises. Our work was done on a chilly day in early winter and both Steve and Lee worked through the cold and into the darkness to finish the job in a single day.
Both Steve and Lee are exceptional old-world craftsmen who are very proud of their work and they do it right. These days it is nice to know that you’re dealing with someone who will look you in the eye, shake your hand and you know that means something.

Our house isn’t exactly square anymore, but Steve was able to work around that.
Steve is kind, patient, and takes pride in his work.
He answered all questions in detail.
He was able to manipulate the eavestrough so that a low spot became a high spot…in order for water to veer away from that corner. We didn’t want a downspout on a particular corner of the house, due to our neighbours house being about a foot lower down…and the water would have pooled in their yard.

Excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this company for personal and professional expertise. Steve was able to work on a not so square and level home. The final cost was reasonable and actually less that first quoted. They truly take pride in their work.
