Irish Steve's Eavestrough

Irish Steve's installed new eavestroughs at our home, complete with Alu-Rex leaf guards. Their work was competitively priced, and the crew that did the work was professional, courteous, and efficient. They paid attention to small details and were proud of the quality of the work that they performed. I was great work quality done on our house. He and his team mate installed eavestroughs and downspouts just recently. Steve and Lee did a full replacement of the eavestroughs on my home in July and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. There were some major drainage issues and he was able to fit the job in earlier which I really appreciated. When he provided the estimate, he was very thorough in his explanations with what needed to be done and why. The installation was complete in one day, and I was so pleased with the work they did. I am in an established neighbourhood with plenty of trees so the addition of gutter guards has been invaluable. As a normal practice when looking at get my eaves replaced, I booked a 3 estimates based on some research done and what set Irish Steves Eavestroughing from the rest were 3 key differentiators:

Knowledge when going over the project Steves vast knowledge was well on display highlighting areas that were missed & could have done better in the original install of my eaves.
Professionalism its not often where you meet 2 individuals such as Steve & his sidekick Lee who take so much pride in the work they do & trust me when I say when they were finished the project was done above and beyond expectation.
Customer Service above all Steve & Lee put customer service at the forefront. During the estimate as well as into the project, we discussed different aspects of the project to ensure that downspouts would drain more efficiently and more importantly the ones on the second story where downspouts were connected to the lower level eaves as means to extend the life of the roof. As an FYI Steve was the only one who identified this whereas the other did not.

Irish Steve was fantastic! We were in dire need of having our gutters replaced due to rust and holes. Steve came and gave us an estimate of what work had to be done. The estimate gave us multiple choices depending on our budget and he even said we did not need to go for the most expensive as it was way over kill.
