The movers were great. John is very professional, friendly and upbeat. He called to schedule the job and asked for pics of what would be moved so that he could arrange the most efficient use of time and service. They arrived on time and did a seemless move of very heavy items on an extremely hot day with no complaints or changes. John is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you want a hassle free experience. Thank you John and your team :)

I hired John and Paradise Movers to move our belongings to a storage unit while we sold our home and then from our home (and the storage unit) to the new home.

The perfect 5 stars for Paradise Movers are for real! When I was searching online for a residential mover, I really doubted the perfect stars but I'm here to tell you that they are for real. John and his crew moved us into our new home in Richmond Hill perfectly. Not a single scratch. Not a single problem. They went out of their way to help us however we needed going above and beyond my expectations. I would give them one million stars here if I could and I've already raved about them to family and friends.

John was professional and efficient. He provided a worry-free experience which is rare when it comes to moves. I appreciated his candour and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Paradise Movers, hands down the best moving company ! John, who is the company's owner, is fantastic: He made all my moving process so easy for me, his estimations (cost, truck size, number of boxes required, crew required to handle my move, etc.) were right on target, and he never ever let go my hand throughout my entire moving process. Some unexpected situations did happen along the way on my moving process, and he helped find a workaround to those, to make sure we got everything covered and under control. As a plus, both John and his team speak not only English, but Spanish also, which is a total win ! My move was complex for several reasons: I was moving alone, to another city, in the dead of winter, I had a ton of stuff to move...but thanks to John and his amazing team my move happened smoothly, nothing broke along the way, and so all my belongings arrived at destination with no hassle. I totally recommend Paradise Movers, it is a pleasure and a relief having them as my moving company of choice.

We used John and his crew twice, in September to move our 3 bedroom home into storage so we could list our house and then again this week to move us from Toronto to Stratford.

Moving is stressful, but the one thing you can count on is that John will show up on time, do what he said he will do and he and his crew will do it very well. And the price will come in close to what was quoted. They even problem solve on the fly and find solutions to issues that come up during the move and we had a few issues!

John & crew were excellent in all respects. Showed up on time at Cherry Valley in PEC, were efficient and careful, and respectful of us and the furniture!
One thing that was very much appreciated was their flexibility regarding the timing for the elevator booking at the other end in Etobicoke - a bit late in the day. They were troopers.
John checked in with us as the move prep progressed which was also helpful.

John and his team did a fantastic job moving us out of our townhouse. Given the challenging nature of our home, they were quite efficient and treated all of our furniture and boxes with care. Wed definitely use Paradise Movers again and would recommend them to our friends and family!

I was late in booking my move but fortunately, Paradise Movers were able to accommodate the move on my preferred date. John was always quick to reply to my texts or calls. On the day of the move, John and his crew were professional and careful. We had furniture moving in and out of a few locations and everything went very smoothly.
