Omid was great. We replaced our 10 year old tank with a tankless Rinnai 199iN. Once our appointment was confirmed, he came on-time. Work was done professionally and they left the place clean. I had a couple of "extras" that I had Omid do and it was all to my satisfaction. They also didn't mind me hovering over them time to time so it was a great experience for me as well. Will deal with Omid again when our furnace needs replacing.

We contacted Omid for a plumbing issue after another company was unsuccessful at fixing a leak. Omid was able to troubleshoot and diagnose efficiently and fix the leak without having to carry out more invasive measures like creating a hole in the drywall - as the other company had done.
