I would highly recommend this company. We recently needed work done pertaining our business' security cameras, etc. I found this company on Homestars. I called them and they promptly arranged to come out and take a look at our needs. They provided us a quote the next day and the work was completed promptly, great service, fair pricing and professional.

Rhoan was the only one who answered my request for a company to install a security system I had purchased elsewhere. We had initial conversations about the system, I send him pictures and he gave me a quote that I found reasonable. His crew showed up on time on the appointed date. After the work was done I received a new invoice for less than the original as apparently they did not need to use all the supplies they initially budgeted for. How often does that happen! His crew was polite, answered all of my questions and showed me how to operate the system. Overall I was very satisfied and I would not hesitate to call him again for further equipment or to recommend him to other people.

Rhoan installed our original system when we built the house and him and his guys came yesterday as we wanted to upgrade the cameras and NVR system. We are loving the new HD cameras and the new online app for viewing etc. The system is great but the real bonus is working with Rhoan and his team. The guys worked tirelessly yesterday all day to set everything up and they couldn’t have been a nicer couple of guys. Rhoan is extremely responsive and has been since day one when he installed our original system 9 years ago. He always responds to my emails, calls etc. immediately, even when he has been on vacation!! Would recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

This company provides outstanding customer service along with a great product at a competitive price. I had a residential alarm system with three security cameras and an interactive doorbell installed. After a few days of getting used to it, I can say that the system is very user-friendly. Right after installation, I had noticed that one of the cameras didn't operate well at night where it is located. They came back within a couple of days and replaced it with one that is better suited to its location. I am very happy with this system and the service I received.

Rhoan responded to my service enquiry very quickly, he's very friendly, professional and was knowledgeable about my older alarm system that needed a repair and update along with providing me with wireless access on my cellphone. I now have an upgraded system that meets our needs and works again.
