Ian first visited to look at the closets and take measurements. He explained the whole process and we shared our requirements and he made some recommendations. We got the 3d design and the quote which we were so satisfied with. On the day of install Ian came on time and installed both our master closet and the second closet and cleaned the place after work is complete. Totally satisfied with the communication through out the process and the work done. Would definitely recommend Tailored living.

Communication from request to the installation was prompt. The technician came on time and did all the wiring for the camera install as professional service. All the wires are hidden securely. Very pleased with service and would highly recommend.

Appointment process was easy and everything was well explained on the phone. On the day of the service which is 3/12 they arrived on time - explained everything before they started the work and after each task they were showing before and after images. Completed all the work as explained and cleaned up the place before leaving. Would definitely call them back when we are due to cleaning.
