Permitted walkout entrance has some challenges especially doing in late fall. Also, the City inspectors will inspect the job step by step during making the Foundation, underpinning, walls, stairs and plumbing based on the drawings. We're glad to pass all inspection in the first of their visit and City sent us the sign off of the job easily.

Basement walkout side entrance has been done based on the permitted drawings and there were a lot of
items like the frost protected footings, dowels into the existing footings and continuity and covered weeping tiles.
All the job as well as your finish basement was done right and that's why we did warranty our jobs for 5 years.
