I have had an extremely positive experience working with this company. I've needed service calls for two of my kitchen appliances in the past year and I found the Technician (Ellie) who came out to do the work to be highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me clear, unbiased advice in regards to my options for repair vs replacement and even offered to do research on my behalf. Ellie also made himself available to be contacted with any questions I might have. I highly recommend choosing this company for appliance repair needs.

My dishwasher wasn't getting power and after troubleshooting a few possibilities, I called the GNA for some help. I got someone in the very next day. Eli was punctual and courteous. He thoroughly checked the current running through the machine and it turns out my motherboard will need replacing. Eli even gave me some pointers about some dos and don'ts with my fridge.

Eli came and repaired a fridge that was leaking. He explained the issue clearly, provided an exact quote, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Once the part was ordered he returned and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue well also spending time answering our other questions! Much appreciated! Definitely recommend!

Had a service technician visit to help with two issues experienced on a GE dishwasher. Service technician was able to come a day earlier than scheduled, was was very polite, practiced COVID-19 precautions and was able to diagnose the issues within an hour. Made honest recommendations that the parts and labour would be nearly equal to the price of a new dishwasher. Offered advice on make and model replacements to look at. Highly recommend GNA appliances and Eli, who was the technician who helped us out.

Eli is outstanding. Very professional, friendly, honest. He diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher. Did his best and gave us helpful recommendations. We are very happy with his service. Last year he repaired our fridge and it still works great. It’s a pleasure dealing with him.

We had a very loud screeching noise coming from our dryer. Eli came to the house on time, he was polite, professional AND took the time to show me what he was doing. He even showed me how to make sure the dryer hose is cleaned to prevent buildup. The part was replaced same day and all within one hour. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Our technician was Eli and he was amazing. We were having issues with our new LG washer and dryer. He was able to trouble shoot the issues and provided information as to what to communicate to the Manufacturer while also resolving the issues.
