My refrigerator started to lose its cold temperature over a 2 month period. It was subtle, but at one point I knew something was not right. I called GNA Appliances, in the morning, and they had a technician (Roy) at my house by noon. Roy was able to diagnose the issue immediately. The issue was a system gas leak. Roy told me that a certified gas technician would have to come in to find the leak, patch it, and refill it with gas. He told me that that the cost would most likely be that of a new refrigerator. My wife and I are currently looking at new units. Roy was kind and professional. He also took the time to suggest certain brands to go with and which to avoid. Overall, I'm happy with the service and advice I received.

Eli came to repair my fridge and was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what was wrong with my fridge and discussed options. I had some follow up questions and he was prompt and professional with his response. Would highly recommend.

The ice maker in our refrigerator was not working and our dishwasher was making unknown noises. We called GNA appliances and promptly secured an appointment. We had the pleasure to having Eli attend the service call. He was prompt, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable, a true pleasure to deal with. We now have ice and the dishwasher is silent again! Eli was very pleasant. He offered excellent recommendations for my GE washing machine which wasn't working properly which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Eli to service any appliance that needs repair.
