I booked the service to fix the heat element and guy charges $409. After few months dryer stopped working and GNA appliances is not helping at all, they are asking money again. Over priced and low quality parts.

Vitaly came to my house to service my Samsung dryer as it would turn on but dryer drum would not spin. Vitaly knew what the problem was before he even took apart the dryer and was able to replace the broken part on the same day.

He was very knowledgeable and provided professional service.

Roy from GNA was very helpful, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave a professional opinion on what to do. The cost of the repair was the same as a new dish’s washer so Roy gave me some tips of what type of product to look for. Any time I have an appliance issue I’ll be looking to get Roy’s help once again.

When I switched on my washing machine, there was water gushing everywhere. on contacting GNA, they sent over Vitaly the appliance technician who asked me some relevant questions and then went on to work on the machine. Vitaly was very sympathetic and professional but what I liked the most was his honestly and gave me sound advice and left me with two options to move forward. Thank you Vitaly

Highly recommend GNA ! Vitaly was GNA technician extraordinaire. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of COVID protocols. He was at my house within an hour of my initial phone call to the company. He properly diagnosed the problem, provided counsel on my options ( buy new or just get repair?)ordered the part, and had it installed within 48 hours. He did all this while my dog continually jumped up on him and licked him. I would highly recommend this company. Vitaly and his company will be my first pick when I require
