It was determined the part I needed is no longer produced but Vitaly was very professional and friendly. He gave me knowledgeable advice and a number of alternative solutions. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again in future, or recommend to others.

I called GNA appliances when our refrigerator stopped cooling. The response time was impressive as we scheduled a technician visit for the next morning. Vitaly arrived promptly within the scheduled window. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Even though the replacement part was not in stock, he took time to help me understand my options and set an expectation for when the part may arrive. The part arrived quicker than expected and the replacement went smoothly. Vitaly was also very friendly and polite. I don't hope to have appliance issues in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call. Would definitely recommend Vitaly and GNA appliances.

Both washer and dryer went out at the same time Vitaly came in knew exactly what needed to be done and was in and out no mess no time great to deal with.

The service person was prompt to arrive, it seems he new exactly what the problem was. It took him very little time to fix it.

Unfortunately our refrigerator was no longer keeping temperature and we suspected it might be the compressor. I was fortunate to have Vitaly dispatched for the service call. Though the refrigerator is not worth repairing, Vitaly took the time to explain my options. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products on the market and I feel very fortunate that he answered our call! I would highly recommend Vitaly, and GNA Appliances.

Called GNA when the electric panel on my Samsung oven stopped working. I had a quote from another company the Samsung sent me too, but GNA could offer a much faster service and beat on price. They sent Vitaly who was really great, nice man & knew what he was doing. over all I was pleased.

Vitaly came in and within a few minutes was able to fix our unit with no trouble, also our dog is a fantastic judge of character and loved him as well.

Vitaly fixed our oven today as it was not heating from the bottom, he was very professional and has a lot of knowledge about the products, he was quick and efficient I definitely recommend this company as Vitaly did a great service
