GNA Appliances

I previous posted a review concerning GNA Appliances Ltd that I was not happy with the length of time and communication regarding the part that was required to fix my Bosch. I am happy to report that Dave, who is the owner of GNA Appliances, personally got in touch with me to rectify the situation. Dave took complete ownership of the problems that I had been dealing with, and oversaw every step that was required to fix my Bosch dishwasher. After initially giving the company a very bad review, and after seeing all the effort that Dave put into making the situation right, I can honestly say that the company does care about its customers. I suppose the lesson is that mistakes can happen, but they can be rectified. Dave has certainly exceeded my expectations and has managed to turn me into a happy customer. Based on this, I would now recommend them to anyone who requires appliance repairs. From an initially very frustrating experience, I am now a completely satisfied customer.
