Courteous telephone service upon first contact. The technician, Viktor, arrived as scheduled on a bitterly cold New's Eve day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and within a few days, Viktor returned and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Viktor was most courteous and efficient especially having to work in a frigid garage on New Year's Eve!
