Had problem wit Samsung refrigerator (production 2014, in service since 2016).
Contacted GNA Appliances (Sunday evening) and right away they schedule appointment for convenient for me time.
Mr. Vitaliy came (on time) and did detailed diagnostic, explain exact problem and how to fix it with out any parts replacement (need to defrost, ice build up was the problem)
I was impressed of his professionalism and knowledge.
Definitely will use them again in the future (hopefully not soon :))
