Woke up in the morning all ready to get some laundry done only to discover that my dryer heater had gone. I called the company and they had the technician come out right away to check out what the problem was. Vitaly, the technician that was sent to my house was quick to diagnose the issue and order the part for me and within a few days replace the part needed. Everything was quick and painless and I greatly appreciate the communication through email to keep me posted about parts and service appointments. I would highly recommend GNA APPLIANCES and the technician Vitaly!!
