Roman was very responsive to our request. He went out of his way to ensure we were looked after in a timely manner. He was on time & discussed our issue & costing before starting, so I knew what to expect. He tested what my concern was, then took dryer apart & showed me the parts issue before commencing with the repair. He replaced the old part with a new one, tested the dryer & showed me the old part after so I knew that a new part was installed. Very satisfied with his friendliness, his complete explanations & the repair itself. We would gladly use Romans services again if needed & would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

inside water dispenser stopped working. Roman sent Egor around next day to do temporary repair (failed overnight) which required part on order. My washer was violently banking and shaking. Roman came and showed me how the cement block covering the drum had broken in half. The part was half of the cost of the repair but was worth repairing for this expensive set, even though the machine was a few years old. He was punctual and efficient and I will be using him for any future appliance repairs. I will also recommend him to others in my condo complex.

Roman is a very polite person who still practices covid by wearing a mask as well as covering his shoes with plastic covering. Roman asked what the problem was and within one minute knew what was wrong. Roman explained what was wrong with the washer and that it would be a major job. I talked to my wife and she wanted the washer repaired instead of buying a new one. Roman ordered the part and within a week was back to fix the washer. Roman also explained why the part broke and also took the time to show you the progress of the job. Roman also cleaned a few parts that he didn't have to for no charge. Roman finished the job and made sure that all cycles were working and there was no evidence of him being there as he left the laundry area clean. I highly recommend Roman as he is honest as well as doesn't charge you for the initial visit if you decide to have the work done.
