Green Star Appliances Repair

I have used Green Star for a few different services now, a few repairs on appliances and installs of new ones. Roman is very knowledgeable of different brands and models and was able to fix/install everything on his first visits! He is very honest and does the job that needs to be done, and offers good suggestions. I highly recommend giving them a call for whatever appliance need you have

My dryer wasn't spinning and most companies needed a week or 2 just to visit. Green Star came right away on Saturday morning! Amazing, honest and expert service. I was absolutely thrilled with the speedy repair by Alex of Green Star Appliance Repair. He quoted a very reasonable fee for assessment which was then waived for the repair. The final cost was very fair and less than I expected. But more importantly was the skill at diagnosing the problem and only doing what was necessary. I would highly recommend Green Star and certainly I will be calling them if I ever have an appliance issue in the future.

The lower oven on my LG double oven was not heating evenly. I called Green Star in the afternoon and Alex was at my home first thing the next morning. Alex was quickly able to determine the problem and order the replacement part. I am very pleased with the level of service received. Roman was very quick to confirm an appointment time and Alex was polite and knowledgeable. Fees are very reasonable and I will be recommending Green Star to family and friends.

Technician came prepared- knew exactly what was wrong- fixed in under an hour - I have a working stove and two burners.

Honest, efficient, and great value. Came to fix our leaking washing machine. Fixed the seal and checked all other possible causes, then sat and watched through a cycle to make sure the problem had been fixed. Highly recommended!

We had a leak in our fridge and I called on Green Star, who have done excellent work for us in the past. The serviceman, Alex, arrived first thing the next day. He quickly figured out the problem, got the part and fixed it. That's two great experiences we've had with Green Star. I would most highly recommend this company.

We called Green Stars to assess a bad, botched non-repair. We were trying to decide whether to just get a new machine. Roman and Aleks worked hard to get to the bottom of our older Maytag's problem and said they could fix it - and they did! We trusted their commitment to living by the quality of their work and were only asked to pay the $79 service fee until it was all done and the washer went through its paces. They prepared us for what might need to be replaced, but in the end not all was necessary. They did only what they had to, and now it works better than it ever did! I fully believe that it will last us quite a bit longer. In addition, we have the security of knowing there is such a reliable repair service to call on.

Roman effectively diagnosed the problem with my 20+ yr old refrigerator as a malfunctioning evaporator fan. Ordered the needed part and returned same day to install. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
