After researching Homestars we decided that Roman of Green Star Appliances was the person for the job. Our clothes washer stopped working. Roman is a very polite person who still practices covid by wearing a mask as well as covering his shoes with plastic covering. Roman asked what the problem was and within one minute knew what was wrong. Roman explained what was wrong with the washer and that it would be a major job. I talked to my wife and she wanted the washer repaired instead of buying a new one. Roman ordered the part and within a week was back to fix the washer. Roman also explained why the part broke and also took the time to show you the progress of the job. Roman also cleaned a few parts that he didn't have to for no charge. Roman finished the job and made sure that all cycles were working and there was no evidence of him being there as he left the laundry area clean. I highly recommend Roman as he is honest as well as doesn't charge you for the initial visit if you decide to have the work done.
