WELL, I think I have waited long enough, and to be honest, my expectations of FINALLY my LG system up and running appears to be a dead stick.
Bavi...you promised you'd call me about this FAILED LG heat pump system at our home in Port Perry. Spent a lot of money on this conversion last year, and this has been a living nightmare. I have called, I have emailed, I have texted CONSTANTLY, and I appreciate that you had sent out folks that largely have had little effect,or knowledge on getting this thing going!!. All the tech's were polite and tried to be helpful, but this LG Heat Pump system is JUNK, so, where does THAT leave us??...NOT a happy customer!!! Obviously, you just DON'T CARE!!...should have stuck to my guns!!
So, I ADVISED THE FOLKS AT LG HOME COMFORT THAT i HAVE STUDIED THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM LG (THE MANUFACTURER) THAT WITHOUT ANY MEANINGFUL TRAINING, THEIR REPAIR STAFF, AND THEIR LG SUPPORT TECHS HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS! Neither have the skillset to correctly and program my LG heat pump...this MUST be embarrasing to leave customers without heat in the winter! I have gone through ALL the install documents for this AMAZING piece of technology, have RESET my system, set the CORRECT parameters, and NOW it is working fine! I have offered to conduct a proper training session for them.......

Hoping that LG Home Comfort techs can finally diagnose this 2 ton heat pump system,once and for all. A lot of folks mix up LG Equipment and LG Home Comfort....TWO COMPLETELY different entities, one has nothing to do with the other. The company that we hired turns to LG HOME COMFORT out of Vaughn, for support services, repairs and maintenance. The techs and support staff are pretty awesome, when facing immense pressure due to work overload,and even through the COVID epidemic. We have been pretty cool in our house with NO HEAT from the heat pump system, but, we've been assured that all will be in order as soon as new parts come in!!
Learned a VALUABLE lesson that neither we, nor LG HOME COMFORT were aware of....that the LG Manufacturer (main company that makes our heat pump system) will NOT allow you to "add" a non-LG piece of equipment to be combined with ANY of their equipment. We chose the LG Heat Pump System, with the LG Air Handler, and my proposal was to add a combi propane boiler made by Navien to handle my domestic hot water and legal "PRIMARY" heating source (backup) LG called it a" THIRD PARTY" attachment to their system...though they don't make a wall hung combi boiler...will NEVER make that mistake again, didn't even know of such a stupid thing!!....
