I called LG Home Comfort this morning. The technician arrived - (same day) at exactly the time specified! He replaced my home's 20-year-old thermostat with a new digital one. He also addressed the "knock-knock" sound heard upstairs, which had been the result of a loose duct-damper. Bobby's understanding of the problem was right on! He patiently answered my questions and completed the job efficiently and expertly. The charge was significantly less than what others were quoting. I would highly recommend LG Home Comfort to others.
