First time client. Val and Tomas made the service call. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a thermostat and provided a fair estimate for the repair. Both were very professional, respective of the covid regulations and for our home. Provided timely communication and on time for the scheduled appointment. My refrigerator is working fine now.

We were having ongoing issues with our Kitchenaid freezer and were waiting for another appliance company to receive parts for the repair. After waiting 4 weeks, we decided to try a different repair company. My experience with Star Appliance Repair was top notch from beginning to end. Karina was pleasant and knowledgeable when I first called, and got back to me promptly to let me know they could get the parts and be onsite the following day. Vlad arrived within the service window, was extremely nice, and patiently answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to call them again for future repairs!

I was really happy with the service received from Star Appliance Repair. I had a issue with my Whirlpool Washer Machine and in really short time the technician Vladislav was able to recognize the problem. Once he fixed the machine he gave me few tips how to maintain clean the filter and avoid other problems. Job done professionally, I will call them again if needed.

Our washing machine would no longer spin quickly enough during the spin cycle leaving our clothes soaked and heavy. Vlad came on-site within an hour or so for his assessment and, after ordering the parts, came back to replace the motor. Vlad was very professional and polite throughout the entire process. I will definitely use, and recommend, Vlad's services again.

We had an error code appear and dishwasher would start to run and then turn off. Made a call to this company. Knowledgeable and pleasant repair technician (Vlad) showed up, diagnosed and repaired on same day of my call. Extremely happy

Vlad carefully and efficiently diagnosed the reason for the wall oven not working and fixed it. Since it was an older oven and the new ones would not fit in the cutout space, it was great that he was able to repair it.

Vlad was so incredible. Very professional and knowledgeable. Same day contact and service. Two hour window frame of arrival. He was able to detect the issue with my dishwasher and kept it cost effective. Took the time to explain the problem and gave me options , Repair took less than an hour. I would highly recommend him every time for all your appliance needs! He is definitely now my go to guy !!!

Anthony exceeded expectations in ensuring that all the work was completed and the stove was working again before the end of the day today. Anthony was also very polite. Our clothes drying machine was making terrible noises and Vlad came and fixed it within the hour..he was fast, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. It actually works better now than when it was new!
