My laundry/washing machine broke down recently which *WAS* a big problem, especially during the pandemic. Thanks to Vladislav and team at Star Appliance Repair, this problem is now behind me, as they managed to send over a technician very quickly, diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than 48 hours. I had dismantled the stove door for cleaning. The parts were all over the floor. It was getting late. I couldn’t put it together. We were having people in the next day - a doorless oven was not an option. I called several appliance companies: “not this week”. Only Vlad answered the call of this Grandma in distress. He came after working hours, he saw and then fixed it. Vlad was respectful of Covid 19 protocolsas well. I highly recommend him and his company!
