Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Does anyone know if theyre still in business? The website is gone. We have called the number several times and no answer. They have a heater of ours that we purchased.

First, the receptionist was really helpful and sent a guy out within a couple of days to deal with my on demand hot water system not responding to my demands for hot water. He understood the system, resolved the issue and then also was able to diagnose and resolve my issue with never having very hot hot water, despite the temperature being set at 140 degrees. For the first time in 7 years and after 2 other technicians, I have hot showers and hot dish water...not just barely warm.

Late on a Friday afternoon during a cold snap, Rocky Mountain Plumbing was able to instruct me over phone what to do to furnace to keep things safe overnight and be out first thing in morning.
First thing in morning, came out, diagnosed foo bar thermostat causing the issues. Replaced thermostat and a leaking valve.
Competent, friendly staff. 100% recommend.

Jeff was quick to respond and come out for a quote. Fred & Louis came out to remove & replace the Hot Water Tank. They were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Fred came back about a week later to do the Laundry relocation. Again, super professional, great workmanship and couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

Adam and Jacob arrived with a great attitude. They snaked my tub, problem solved a tricky install for my new kitchen faucet, brought my kitchen sink up to code and leveled out my dishwasher. They work great together and I really appreciated their advice on cost savings in my water bill for replacing my old toilet. You want these gentlemen to work on your next plumbing project.

Once the project started, they communicated clearly what they were doing, asked for my input, and there were no surprise or hidden charges. Our hot water tank had finally given up after 20+ years of service. I posted a service request on HomeStar and was able to connect with Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Ben from Rocky Mountain was able to stop by for a consultation session within the same day. He was on time and very courteous. During our consultation session, he provided different options for our water heater as well as some really good tips on our plumbing set up at home.

I received a quote within the same day and was scheduled in the next morning! I was very thankful that Ben spent his Saturday communicating with me and scheduled me in right away so we could have hot water by Monday!

The crew showed up on Monday and completed the installation of the new hot water tank plus additional furnace tune up service in a timely manner. They were very clear in communicating what needed to be done and provided status updates as the tasks progressed.

They were very careful moving the tanks in and out of the house. They were professional, friendly and courteous.

Upon completion of the project, Ben followed up with a phone call to check in and make sure everything went well. He also provided additional feedback on our furnace so that we could look into a solution to our ongoing problem with our furnace.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family if they ever need any plumbing services.
