First, the receptionist was really helpful and sent a guy out within a couple of days to deal with my on demand hot water system not responding to my demands for hot water. He understood the system, resolved the issue and then also was able to diagnose and resolve my issue with never having very hot hot water, despite the temperature being set at 140 degrees. For the first time in 7 years and after 2 other technicians, I have hot showers and hot dish water...not just barely warm.
