Tamara was great to work with and we would highly recommend her...she went above and beyond in making sure we got what we wanted for shutters and that we were happy with the installation, done by master installer Kyle. She used creativity in solving covering of different windows which made the finished job perfect. We will be calling Tamara again when we want the rest of windows done to match.

My partner and I contacted Gotcha Covered after discovering we would like more privacy for our living room window. Tamara contacted us and requested a video call to go over our options. After discussing our needs with the window we decided our best option was a black out roller shade. She then was able to send us some samples in the mail to see what colours would look best in the house. Tamara was very helpful and patient with us in the decision making process. She then came and measured the window and put in the order. The roller shade was very simple to set up and took only about 10 minutes to install. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal on high quality blinds.

Tamara showed up for our first appointment on time and was happy to give us expert suggestions regarding which brand, blind type, texture and colour to go with. I opted to proceed with the blind purchase for my entire house because her pricing was very competitive and fair compared to the other quotes which I had previously received from major brand name competitors.
On install day, Tamara assisted the installer with approximately 25 x window blinds so they finished well ahead of schedule. The blind measurements that she had taken prior to our custom order were accurate, so all our blinds fit perfectly.
I can't thank Tamara enough, as we wanted to do this window treatment upgrade for a couple of years but were never happy with the representatives who had quoted or guided us thru the purchase process. Tamara nailed it with the right blind choice, the best colour choice, the correct measurements and a quick install. I would highly recommend her along with the quality products that she sells.

If you want a price that is as good or better than the big box stores, Gotcha Covered does have you covered. More important than the price is the service. In home consultation, dilivery directly to your home, and even though I made a mistake, Gotcha Covered helped me fix it and shared the cost.

In the end, we rarely get a chance to celebrate such good service in a world like likes to deal at a distance and not give the personal touch.

Dealing with Tamara was awesome from start to finish and beyond! After explaining what we need she visited us with a lot of samples and helped to figure out exactly what we liked. Then she measured the windows and promptly came back with temporary blinds. That helped the kids to sleep well during sunny nights while we were waiting for the permanent ones to be made. Once those arrived, they worked even better than expected! I will definitely reach out to Tamara again if I need more blinds and won't hesitate to recommend her to others!
