Matthew is reliable, diligent and does an amazing job. He's quick but yet thorough and very personable and friendly. He is almost like family!. Will use his service every year.

If you want to make sure your ducts are clean, please call Mathew. He takes his time and uses a camera to make sure all surfaces are clean. Mathew actually showed me videos with few pieces of cobweb stubornly stuck in the ducts, but he spent more time in these areas and eventually got them. After the service I noticed my house accumulates much less dust after a few days without cleaning.

I booked with Matthew and MP Professional after reading the reviews found on HomeStars and I was not disappointed. Matthew was responsive, easy to communicate with, forthcoming about his services and pricing. Matthew provided a window for arrival and arrived on time. He was polite, answered all the questions I asked, and was respectful to us as homeowners (some contractors dont even take their shoes off!). He showed videos of the ducts before and after the process. He even took some time to go over observations he made and recommendations.

Matthew is someone I would recommend and who I will be calling again when its time for another cleaning.

While being a bit funny about my review title....I don't kid around cleanliness and finding a very good respectable and professional contractor. Matthew and his company were recommended to me by a friend but I still came to check out his reviews here on HomeStars. My first interaction was via this site and Matthew was very responsive and transparent about the process, pricing, scheduling and prepping the home for the service. I had duct cleaning done over 10 years ago and thought they had done a good job and by the way- I learned now never to wait for so long! Unlike the other company- not sure if processes changed- Matthew went to each vent to service it thoroughly. I know this now because some dust residue around the vents did result from his action but that is expected when things are done right and your house is close to a 100years old plus my neighbours did a reno last year so all that was lingering in my vents and likely the reason for my random sneezing episodes. I thought I had developed allergies but all I had to do was get on top of my indoor air quality issues. I didn't mind vacuuming and wiping things down afterward and besides I was prepped for that outcome....he showed me the before and afters as I observed him filming and taking pics as he went along- my air return- don't get me started! He answered all my questions regarding maintenance until his next visit in a couple of years. Now my Dyson is not getting its sometimes twice daily workout. I have the laser attachment so I know the cleaning is legit cause that thing catches everything. Needless to say, I feel my time and investment in getting my air ducts professionally cleaned was worth every penny. It has created better air quality and saved me time cleaning. It also helps that Matthew is a lovely young man who understands hard work and interacts with you as a human versus a one-time transaction. I wish him and his crews all the best.

My 2 month review;

Spoke with Matthew over the phone and received an immediate quote. Indicated that I was upgrading my furnace in a week so I didnt need the furnace or A/C cleaning only basic air duct cleaned. He said he would clean, sanitize ducts and provide complimentary dryer vent cleaning.

Positives: His quote was a flatrate price not charging per register as some duct cleaners do. He was very professional on the phone and was very responsive to my tight timelines to complete as I was getting a new furnace in a week. In fact he fit me in by coming on a Sunday morning!

ETA was given 8-12noon. Matthew arrived within committed window at 9:30am and removed his shoes which was good. I had removed all registers grills along with return grills to speed up his cleaning. He offered to screw the return grills back when completed. He took video of the ducts before and showed me and indicated that there was about 15 years of dust and he was accurate! Showed me the video after and it was clean. He also showed me all the piles of dust that sucked up just at the furnace filter. He mentioned that we have a few loose dampers that should be tightened too, and that there is some leakage in the ducts that blew out dust above the ducts. Matthew did a great job of cleaning out my dryer vents as a bonus. The amount of dust that came out was surprising.

In summary I would say that MP Air ducts do a great job. Great value for the service. In fact 2 months later, I checked my furnace filter and it still clean! ( 2 small dust balls, thats it). I would definitely use MP and recommend him to friends and family.

Matthew was very professional. Quoted me a fixed price and there were no hidden charges. He couldn't make it on the earlier decided time but was courteous enough to call me and explain that was due to an equipment breakdown and scheduled another time. Showed up on time and did a thorough duct cleaning of the house, central vac and dryer.
Great service, highly recommend for someone looking for duct cleaning.

Matthew came over and did an amazing job with cleaning our air ducts in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations in explaining what he was doing and the purpose. Will definitely be contacting him for future air duct cleaning/maintenance.

We bought a 72 year old house and when I say that the ducts did not look like they had ever been cleaned I am not joking! To boot, our furnace is located in a crawl space under the house, which has about 4ft of clearance.

Two Other companies we reached out to before refused the work and one other wanted to charge us extra to get down there, not Matthew.

He got down there and cleaned us out! showed before and after videos/pics and we are very satisfied with his work. Will defiantly be looking to work with him again in the future and highly recommend.
