OC Contracting

Quoted 4-6 week job. Took 14 weeks. Shoddy work. Finishing work deplorable (Messy caulking, Hole repairs unfinished, Wrong paint type used, Paint spatters where it could not be removed, Baseboard trim loose) Grout on floor tiles started crumbling within 2 weeks of job completion. Tiled floor in shower not level or even. Water pools and doesn't drain away. Venting not completed. Please note the workers were very pleasant and polite. However, the workmanship needs great improvement, including that of the owner who did part of the work and thought the finished product was good enough.

Very professional, personable and competent. Not only did they rectify my existing issue, they transformed my backyard into an amazing space! I cant wait for the summer! They also made excellent and practical suggestions which were very helpful.

OC Contracting was very professional and organized. They coordinated all the contractors for us so we only had to speak with 1 person. This simplified the process and helped us get a better result than we were even hoping for.

Hired OC Contracting to tear down a deck, install a new one plus some sodding, trees, and a stone patio.
They did an incredible Job over all I was so happy this was my retiremnt gift !
